Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of nextselfnow.com and all services offered by NEXTSELF including identity and confidence coaching programs, personal training sessions and individual shop purchases.
By accessing our website or purchasing any service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

1. Services

NEXTSELF offers the following services:
—Identity and confidence coaching programs (IGNITE, CORE and MASTERY)
—Personal fitness training sessions
—Individual sessions and written reports via The Shop (Interview Prep, Style Consultation, LinkedIn Overhaul, Confidence Audit, Presence Audit)
—Free resources including guides, worksheets and quizzes
All coaching and training services are delivered by Nic DePaul in person in Scottsdale, Arizona or remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Booking and Payment

—A non-refundable deposit of $99 is required to reserve an Identity Audit Call. This deposit is applied in full toward your program investment if you proceed.
—A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to reserve a Fitness Intro Session. This deposit is applied toward your first training package if you proceed.
—Full program investments are due as outlined in your client agreement prior to program commencement.
—Shop purchases are charged in full at the time of purchase.
—All payments are processed securely through Stripe. NEXTSELF does not store your card details.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

—Identity Audit Call deposits — non-refundable. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance via Calendly.
—Coaching programs — refund terms are outlined in your individual client agreement. Generally, sessions completed are non-refundable and unused sessions may be credited at NEXTSELF's discretion.
—Fitness sessions — cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit that session. Monthly retainer sessions do not roll over.
—Shop purchases — written reports are non-refundable once the intake form has been completed and work has commenced. Session bookings follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy.

4. Results Disclaimer

NEXTSELF coaching and training services are designed to support your personal development. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to career advancement, income increases or relationship outcomes. Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
Your results depend on your commitment, effort and circumstances. We commit to delivering every service with full professionalism and care.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of NEXTSELF you agree to:
—Show up to scheduled sessions prepared and on time
—Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
—Complete intake forms and any between-session work as agreed
—Treat all NEXTSELF communications with respect and confidentiality

6. Confidentiality

NEXTSELF treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share details of your sessions, progress or personal circumstances with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.
We ask that clients also keep the content of coaching sessions confidential and do not share proprietary NEXTSELF frameworks or materials without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nextselfnow.com including text, graphics, frameworks, guides and worksheets is the intellectual property of NEXTSELF. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content commercially without written permission.
Free resources downloaded from this site are for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXTSELF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
