the inside
out.
THE ORGIN
"I lived in the gap for years before I figured out how to close it."
D1 athlete. 2x All-American. From the outside I looked like someone who had it figured out. Awards. Accomplishments. A body built through discipline. People saw the athlete and assumed the confidence came with it.
It did not.
On the inside I was fighting. Nights questioning my worth. The pressure of trying to become someone while secretly feeling broken. The exhaustion of fighting my own mind every single day through child abuse, ADHD, depression, dyslexia and while performing like none of it was happening.
For years I lived between two identities. The person I was and the person I knew I was capable of becoming. That gap is where most people give up. It is where excuses grow, confidence dies, and potential quietly fades.
I know because I almost stayed there too.
THE DECISION
"Stop running from yourself.
Build the person you know exists."
NEXTSELF was born from the decision to stop waiting to feel ready and start becoming the person I already knew existed underneath the pain, the fear, the setbacks and the doubt.
Not through motivation. Not through faking it until it became real. Through identity work the deep, structural kind that changes who you are at the root, not just what you do on the surface.
That process took years to live and years to systematize. NEXTSELF is what it became. The Rewire, Refine, Reinforce method exists because I needed it first and then watched it transform every person I applied it to.
TODAY
Identity & Confidence
Coach. Not a theory.
A result.
My background is in Interpersonal Communication and Psychology but the real education came from doing this work on myself first, then watching it transform the people around me for years before NEXTSELF had a name.
I am based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I work with ambitious professionals worldwide in person and remotely, who are held back by confidence in the rooms and relationships that matter most to them.
The people I work with are not broken. They are capable, often more capable than anyone around them knows. They are just living at a fraction of what they are built for. My job is to close that fraction.

working with me.
Who changed it.
that is not a coincidence.
