About the Coach
My life has always revolved around training, not as a phase, but as a foundation.
I competed as a Division I track athlete, became a multiple-time All-American, and at one point ranked among the top athletes in the world in my event, with the opportunity to go overseas. Long before that, I grew up immersed in movement from martial arts as a child to high-level athletics as a way of life.
Training has always been part of my environment. My family includes Division I athletes across multiple sports football, volleyball, track and today my brother competes as a professional MMA fighter, training alongside me. This isn’t something I discovered later in life. It’s something I’ve lived inside of for decades.
What sets this work apart isn’t intensity or hype, it’s understanding. I know what works because I’ve tested it at the highest levels, studied it through science, and refined it through real-world application. Today, that experience is supported by modern performance science and AI-driven analysis to remove guesswork and focus on what actually produces results.
My focus isn’t extreme transformation for its own sake. It’s helping people build strength, longevity, confidence, and physical capability that carries into everyday life work, relationships, energy, and presence.
